The 2^nd revised edition of the book “The Human Dimension of International Law” by Professor and President of the MFHR, Linos-Alexander Sicilianos, was launched on Wednesday, 13 November 2024, at the “Harris Karatzas” Hall of the Nomiki Vivliothiki Publishing House.

Mr. Ioannis Sarmas, former Prime Minister and Honorary President of the Hellenic Court of Audit, Professor Evangelos Venizelos, former Vice President of the Government and Professor Emeritus of the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and Professor Maria Gavouneli, Professor of Law at the University of Athens and President of the National Commission for Human Rights, discussed the book and the author’s work.

This extremely interesting scientific discussion was moderated by Mr. Stelios Perrakis, Professor Emeritus of Panteion University, President of the Hellenic Society of International Law and International Relations and former Permanent Representative of Greece to the Council of Europe.

Prominent personalities of the legal world from academia and the judiciary, the Diplomatic Corps and the national Independent Authorities as well as a number of lawyers working in the field of human rights and students researching this subject were present.
