The volume at hand is dedicated to the promotion of the idea that anti-crime policy -as all policies related to social problems- has to be inspired and transcended at all stages by the principles and universally recognised rules of human rights. It also presents, from a human rights perspective, some particularly important criminal problems of the golden age of crime that we are currently going through (organised crime, terrorism and anti-terrorism, etc.).
