A short comment written by Linos-Alexander Sicilianos, Vice President of the MFHR and Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens, and Dr. Maria-Louiza Deftou, Research Fellow at the MFHR, was published in the blog of the Εuropean Journal of International Law – EJIL: Talk!, regarding the recent ECtHR’s judgments on climate change, entitled “Breaking New Ground: Climate Change before the Strasbourg Court”.
