The volume at hand contains the proceedings of the awarding ceremony of Greek and Cypriot students, who participated in the 9th annual Competition of the Marangopoulos Foundation for Human Rights (MFHR), in order to attend the Summer School of the International Institute for Human Rights, seated in Strasbourg. There are also historical data on the action of the Institute’s founder Rene Samuel Cassin, as well as details on the collaboration established among our Foundation and the said Institute.
