MFHR’s claims was Article 11 of the European Social Charter of 1961

The MFHR was founded as an act of resistance against the dictatorial regime of 1967-1974 with the primary aim of contributing to the promotion, research, promotion, consolidation and ultimately the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms, without discrimination.

A truly democratic political system and adherence to the rule of law provide the essential framework for citizens’ rights and freedoms to function effectively and reach their full potential. This is especially important during periods of crisis for democratic values and institutions, as human rights often become one of the first targets of attack.

Human rights, whether civil, political, social, economic, or cultural, are universal and should not be limited by borders or discrimination. The MFHR strives to promote scientific dialogue and advocate for the recognition and respect of human rights. Additionally, it works to ensure the effective protection of internationally recognized human rights.
